We are looking for a talented professional to join the Business Development Group as a Director of Marketing.

 

The Director of Marketing will be responsible for the creation, development and execution of company wide business to business marketing plan. Responsibilities also include developing brand strategies and delivering marketing communications centered on the company?s overall brand, strategic direction and industry leadership. 

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS/DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

 

Educational Requirements:

? Masters Degree in Business or Marketing.  Bachelors Degree and an equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.

?

Qualifications:

? A minimum of ten years of related marketing experience, with at least 5 years at a senior level.

? Ability to create, develop and implement a strategic marketing plan within a mature, global, industry-leading organization

? Must be able to identify and build a comprehensive business to business marketing strategy, prepare objectives, and develop a brand identity consistent with the company?s image

? Strong analytical and modeling skills including use of computer applications

? Must be able to gather information, instructions and copy from various people & places and generate a consistent message

? Must be able to communicate with others clearly

? Successful at multi-tasking while adhering to strict deadlines

? Willingness to travel as needed, including overnight stays

 

Job Requirements/Duties

? Create, develop and implement a strategic business to business (b2b) marketing communications plan for delivering and measuring the impact of brand messages including print, presentations, online communications, trade show materials, PR, advertising, etc. 

? Drive the development and implementation of a global marketing strategy for distinct business lines to further strengthen our market leadership position.

? Implement company brand standards for new service offerings, enhancing market penetration

? Oversees the continual development of the company?s overall brand message and brand strategy

? Partners with business development team to incorporate brand message into existing and new business development strategies

? Provide recommendations for new business plans including vertical market targets, competitive analysis, pricing strategies and launch plans

? Ensures consistent, effective brand communications across all divisions and districts throughout the organization

? Liaison with outside advertising agencies engaged to help develop and execute brand communications strategies

? Develop and manage client communications of features, benefits and ongoing enhancements regarding company services

? Oversee, author and maintain a comprehensive library of sales and marketing collateral

? Oversee the company?s external website and ensure consistency with brand image

? Additional duties as assigned
