Director of Research Training 

Location: Boston, MA

AberdeenGroup is looking for professional individual with plenty of drive and creativity. The Research Trainer will work directly with the Chief Research Officer and Chief Operations Officer, this individual will be responsible for building, delivering, maintaining, and improving on-boarding and training programs for new research analysts, writers, editors, and sales representatives. Key goals for this role include:

 

-  Build and update training curriculum and materials

-  Deliver regular training sessions to new employees

-  Develop performance management program for monitoring on-boarding effectiveness

-  Work closely with HR manager to organize and deliver career/recruiting fairs

-  Work closely with senior management to understand and communicate core competencies to employees
