We are currently searching for a Director of Sales for an established healthcare company based in Boston that is experiencing explosive growth. Our client is searching for an individual that has experience managing Regional Managers and a medium-sized sales force of 50 or more. Success in this position requires someone that has great communication skills, boardroom presence, experience in developing compensation plans and the ability to manage and drive sales growth in this rapidly expanding company. A manager who thrives being in the field with their clients and team, which will require extensive national travel. This is one of those growth opportunities that don’t occur often in the medical product/equipment arena.

The candidate for this Director of Sales MUST HAVE medical/surgical distribution experience in both the Acute and Non-Acute marketplace. Experience in hospital equipment rental and leasing a plus.

This position is based in Boston, Mass. Full healthcare benefits, Base salary of $120k, at plan $160k+.
