Director of Shared Services

People Resources, Inc., a leading Tampa based recruitment firm is seeking a Director of Shared Services?for a locally headquartered international?services company.

Seeking a seasoned process-driven professional to evaluate existing accounting processes for efficiency, and creating opportunities of improvement interfacing with operations and sales.? Will manage payroll, billing, collections and accounts payable (50 people).? Reporting to the CFO, this person will focus on IT administration, verification and validation of status and deliverables, while engineering/re-engineering business processes.? This person will help create and implement software methodologies, define best practices, establish benchmarks/metrics and facilitate new practices.

Qualifications:

?

5 ? 7 years process improvement experience

Accounting or Finance degree

Large corporation experience

Special consideration given to financial industry experience

Compensation:? 75K ? 90K plus bonus opportunity.
