Qualifications
As a Sourcing Director, you would be responsible for researching and identifying new manufacturing resources for Lands' End products. This includes facility evaluation and compliance to the Lands' End Standards of Business Conduct. Managing compliance. You would also be responsible for training staff as well as outside auditors and monitors to evaluate and check compliance. You would analyze fabric and on order positions by season for comparison and trends.

Successful candidates should have the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

Strong PC skills with working knowledge of Excel, Word, Access and Business Objects.
A complete knowledge of garment construction and garment production, as well as a working knowledge of hard goods, shoes, accessories and luggage.
Previous experience in a product manager role or sourcing role.
Strong analytical skills as well as interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to travel 15 - 50% of the time.
