Division Controller

Job Responsibilities:
  Maintains reconciled and fully analyzed financial statements in accordance with GAAP and company policy. Develops budgets, forecasts and variance reports as required by management. Establishes and implement internal control procedures. Supports regulatory audits and rate reviews. Provides management oversight in areas such as customer billing, cash receipts, customer collections, insurance, payroll, accounts payable and other administrative functions. Supervises, trains and develops Staff Accountants and accounting support staff. Assists the General Manager in running the business.

  Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or closely related field required. MBA or CPA desired. Five years related work experience required, including two years in a supervisory or management role. Proficient MS Office skills required. Waste or transportation industry experience is a plus.
