Dock Supervisor

This National Transportation Company with a major terminal in Trenton, NJ has an immediate need for Dock Supervisor.

As a Dock Supervisor you will be responsible for planning, directing and motivating dock personnel to insure daily work plans are met in your service center. Customer freight arriving on time in accordance with their order and undamaged is the key to exceeding customers' expectations. Your ability to effectively lead and communicate will lead you down a road toward a rewarding career opportunity.

To qualify for the Dock Supervisor position, you MUST meet the following requirements:

- Minimum 3 - 5 years of successful supervisory experience
- Proven track record of achievement in your previous/current position
- Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills
- Willingness to relocate for promotional opportunities
- Be extremely self motivated, ambitious and results oriented
- Be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.

We prefer:
College degree
LTL or warehouse cross-dock supervisory experience is HIGHLY desirable
