Document Control Specialist

We are an Engineering and Manufacturing Service provider to Original Equipment Manufacturers base in the Silicon Valley.  Central to the turnkey solutions is the electronic/electrical modules and systems. These range from intelligence-based controllers (i.e. Pentium-based & VME bus-based controllers) to fully integrated systems.

 

Our specialties include:

? AC/DC power management, control, monitor, distribution and supply sub-systems;

? Pneumatic control sub-systems;

? Multi-Channel temperature controllers and instrumentation for capital equipment;

? Complete semiconductor capital equipment integration and tests.

 

We are looking for a Document Control Specialist to responsible for the followings:Implements and maintains an Engineering Change Notice System.  These changes will include product improvements, repairs, and new product development;Coordinates the interaction between engineering, manufacturing, field operations, and sales to ensure appropriate changes are documented;Translates business specifications into user documentation. Plans, writes, and maintains systems and user support documentation efforts, including online help screen; Creates and measures the effectiveness of document control processes;Creates, maintains, and improves linkages between document control and other business functions within Bentek especially with sales, materials, and production.

 

Requirement:Minimum 5 years related experience.
