ESTIMATOR
TRACO is a premier designer and manufacturer of commercial and residential windows and doors. TRACO offers a complete line of custom-designed architectural, heavy commercial, commercial and residential rated windows, doors, storefront, entrances, sunrooms and impact resistant hurricane windows and doors. The company has five manufacturing facilities and is headquartered in Cranberry Township, PA. TRACO manufactures products for retrofit, new construction and historic projects utilizing state-of-the art systems. The company?s capabilities include glass tempering, anodizing, paint finishing, aluminum extruding and glass insulating.
We are recruiting for an Estimator to work at our Corporate Headquarters in Cranberry Township, PA (north of Pittsburgh, PA).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Enter quotations in Soft Tech (estimating software) from customer request
? Qualification documentation of proposals/bids
? Communication/problem solving/product recommendation related to project application
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
? 3 years experience in estimating (construction industry a plus)
? Associate Degree
? Excellent math skills
? Good computer skills ? Microsoft Office
? Good organizational skills in a multi-task environment are essential
? Good communication skills
? Prior experience with estimating software a plus
? Ability to read plans and specifications (architectural details)
