*GE Water & Process Technologies has an immediate opening in the Norfolk, VA water treatment regeneration facility.
*The Electrician provides commercial and industrial applications supporting the maintenance of the industrial facility, field, and mobile equipment.


Qualifications/Requirements:
*Only candidates meeting all qualifications will be considered.
*High School Diploma or equivalent such as or G.E.D.
Electrician certification.
*Three years experience as an Electrician in a manufacturing/production industrial facility.
*Eligibility Requirements:
*Ability and willingness for occasional travel, as needed, for remote repair or setup.
*Ability and willingness to be on call-standby after hours for emergency repair required.

*Ability and willingness to work in range of environments to include but not limited to industrial facilities, manufacturing facilities, and power industry facilities.
*You must be willing to take a drug test as part of the selection process.

*You must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
*If currently a GE employee, you must have been in your current position for at least 12 months and have at least a satisfactory performance rating.
*Reside in Norfolk, VA area.
