Energy Service Construction III

Qualifications: *Must have own vehicle, willing to drive and travel in assigned territory. Good driving record (must be checked and verified) with unrestricted (no SR22) current and valid drivers license. * Available to work full time - 40 hour work, standard hours 8 - 5, with some overtime possible. * This is in the field work and requires ability to walk stairs and general physical capabilities. *Must have moderate computer skills operating desk top or lap top computer, completing data input to standard forms and templates. *Will be interfacing with FPL customers, installation and repair contractors and FPL internal managers. *Requires excellent customer service and communication (oral and written). *Selected individuals MUST be competant, self disciplined and able to maintain own schedule effectively. *Air Conditioning or HVAC experience or knowledge would be helpful but is not required. TASK: Visit assigned job sites (apartment houses) where AC/HVAC contractors are completing repairs or leaks in air conditioning ducts that have been identified during energy audits. Assigned jobs may be between 5 - 15 per day. Will observe and report on job completions, problems and enter data into FPL data base and report tool. Training will be provided to qualified candidates who will attain FPL certification to perform the work -  Provide hourly rate requirement - this position has not been benchmarked for pay/bill rates. Mileage reimbursement at current IRS rate ($.445 per mile)
