We are looking for a self starter who enjoys working in an dynamic, hands-on, international environment!!



Duties include:
- General and personal administrative tasks for the CEO
- Perform confidential administrative duties that require skill and knowledge of
compliance policies and practices
- Supervise and manage office activities
- Perform general office duties
- Manage/coordinate international/domestic travel arrangements, meetings and events, and itineraries for executive and support team
- Attend weekly meetings
- Create spreadsheets to assist accounting department
- Provide collaborative interaction and communication with
administrative staff in other departments and locations
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and external contacts (clients, lawyers, vendors etc.)
- Work with lawyers on preparation of purchase and sale, acquisitions and mergers and joint venture agreements.
- Perform lead or supportive role in various projects/events
- Project management at an executive assistant level that include status reporting and monitoring of projects

You are a SELF STARTER, and have the ability to plan, manage, schedule, organize and assign tasks successfully. You work effectively and efficiently in an environment that requires attention to detail and meeting deadlines. You are extremely organized, coordinated in your work flow, you managed multiple tasks, deadlines, and projects. You like to be a team player. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
