Experienced Call Center Manager

If you have experience managing large inbound call centers and are energized by leading the day to day management of an outsourced call center environment then this opportunity is for you. The Call Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day operation of an inbound call center within a telecommunications company. The position is the primary point of contact for customer escalations and operations strategy. Personnel management, training and development, and effective management to a P&L are required. Ideal candidates will have proven experience managing high-volume call center environments, the ability to hire, train, and develop people, and a keen understanding of a call center operation.
