FIELD INSPECTOR - HOME IMPROVEMENT

Large company with branch office in Cinnaminson, NJ is looking for Home improvement Field Inspector This field inspector will ensure the branch is supported by a professional, well trained installation team of associates, as well as, an adequate number of compliant sub-contractors to deliver excellent customer service. JOB DESCRIPTION: Supports all aspects of the installation business for the Home Improvement products. Pulls permits for future jobs. Measures jobs for accuracy. Communicates with customers on review of contracts and scope of work. Provides training to the sales team on installation and measuring activities. Helps dispatch jobs. Performs regular job site visits and inspections. Supports quality commitment process and educates installers as needed. Responds to service requests / problem solving. Communicates with Home improvement team to ensure quality installations and timely completions.
High School Diploma required. 4 years prior experience as an installer or field inspector. Product knowledge for windows, siding, gutters or bath products. Must have valid driver's license. Problem solving and good negotiating skills. Ability to train installation personnel and sales personnel on product/installation updates.
