Facilities Manager

Looking for a great opportunity? W are currently recruiting for a candidate to provide on-site facility operations management and supervisor. Work will be carried out in order of external customer, operations and improvement development and evaluations. The position requires the ability to work independently and proactivelty to ensure that projects are completed in a timely manner. Also requires the to participate actively in defining evaluation and documentation.
Planning and managing all purchasing activities, preparing annual budget through the year, including utilities, insurance and taxes. Providing supervision, managing activities, negotiating and providing on-site operations for the facility. Must have the ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics and Bill of Materials, ability to perform hands on work as might be required to implement projects, knowledge of safety test practices and Bachelors Degree in Technical Field.
