Job Description:


§  JOB LEVEL:  Receives predetermined work assignments that are subject to a moderate level of control and review.

·  JOB COMPLEXITY:  Works on issues of limited scope. Follows established practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.  Monitors varied daily operations within Facilities Dept.  Requires full knowledge of functional responsibility.  Responsible for managing one or more facilities-related projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements and meet job satisfaction.  Work with outside project contact points, construction trade groups and others deemed necessary on the various projects.  Some travel may be involved.

§  SUPERVISION:  Provides work direction and prioritization.  Manages project resources and scheduling.  Assigns tasks, checks work progress at frequent intervals, and maintains schedules.  A portion of time is normally spent performing individual tasks related to the Facilities Dept.

§  EXPERIENCE: Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of facilities related professional experience.  CADD experience a plus.

§  EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
