The Pittsburgh Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland is seeking an experienced Facilities Service Supervisor. This position oversees the delivery of mail, outsourced housekeeping services and vendor contract administration. Responsibilities of this position include providing first level supervision, monitoring and coordination of workflow and evaluating staff performance.

Requirements:
Applicants must have a demonstrated record of providing exceptional customer service while handling multiple requests in a fast paced environment.

An Associate?s Degree, excellent computer skills, vendor contract experience and a minimum of four years related supervisory experience is required. Please provide salary desired. Relocation is not provided.
