Field Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

? Work cross-functionally with corporate groups, sales and  partners to implement marketing programs in the field; driving program awareness, utilization and ROI ? based on regional needs

? Work with identified partners to drive existing turnkey marketing programs and strategize with key partners on co marketing opportunities to drive mutual business

? Identify and pilot new programs. Leverage successes across other regions and geographies

? Drive regional awareness, lead generation, partner recruitment, training and partner development programs ? including seminars, tradeshows and events, webinars, direct mail, etc.

? Create an Area Marketing Plan including timelines, budget and metrics

? Provide feedback loop for continual program/process improvement



 

Experience Required

? Minimum 5 years in marketing roles

? Experience in working with remote teams is required

? Prefer high tech background with a global corporation, working within a geographically dispersed team

? Proven success within fast-paced, results-driven environments

? Experience managing multiple projects across diverse geographies

? Sales/channel exposure a must

 

Education

BS/BA degree (or equivalent) required and additional marketing education a plus
