Flight Operations Administrator

Job Responsibilities:
Schedules the operation of the company aircraft to ensure safe and efficient usage including: assigning pilots, determining flight times and routes of all flight segments and arranging for ground service providers. Tracks and determines availability of the aircraft based on usage and maintenance needs. Ensures compliance with FAA regulations including: limits of pilots' flight time and rest requirements, documentation for crew and aircraft and recordkeeping. Sources and purchases charter flights when needed, fuel, enroute ground services and in-flight services such as catering. Processes crew expenses and invoices for all flight operations costs. Creates and analyzes reports of aircraft usage and costs and recommends operational changes to improve value.

Required Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.

Required Work Experience:
Two to three years of relevant experience.
