GENERAL / SALES MANAGER, BEVERAGE

Our client, an international beverage company is seeking a Sales / General
Manager for their distribution facility in Tampa, FL. Privately owned
company offers attractive salary ($80 - $100k) plus bonus ($10 - $15k
annually) and excellent benefits package. This position will directly
manage 5 District Managers, 30 route salespeople indirectly, in addition to
on-premise and hotel personnel.



Ideal candidates will have 5-10 years of background in beverage distribution
management, excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to
maintain a positive culture and build cohesive teams, while holding
employees accountable for their job performance. Successful candidates
will: be energetic and positive, aggressive in the market and driven to grow
distribution while monitoring all distribution activity, have the ability to
maintain a positive culture, and possess a sense of urgency to "get the job
done" while creating a fun atmosphere for all employees.
