Global Services Sales Representative

The Global Services Inside Sales Rep is responsible for closing sales of IBM services that are a result of an inbound/outbound phone calls associated with qualified leads/opportunities generated from: clients/client reps/brand specialists /Tele-coverage, Client reps, in response to direct marketing efforts, or new acquisition programs. Must be proficient in services offerings such as Labor Based Services, Maintenance Renewals etc. Knowledgeable of other discipline products; sales/technical experience to successfully close services contracts. Use of database technology to record client/prospect/contract information. Areas of responsibility include: Developing and selling Integrated Technology solutions for Consulting and System Mgmt services, perform resources for customer engagements. This is an inside Sales Position Located in Dallas or Atlanta.
