In executing these projects, our people embrace integrity, excellence, teamwork and accountability - the values that connect us across the globe.These positions will assist and support all aspects of regional H&S programs and processes including program development, training, compliance and interface with regulatory agencies for our small municipal and industrial water/wastewater treatment plants located throughout the United States. As a member of the leadership team, the SH&E Manager has primary responsibility for all aspects of SH&E programs including:
Providing overall direction in the development and implementation of the SH&E Program and technical support to projects managers in SH&E related matters.
Preparing and/or approving site-specific health and safety plans and providing guidance for implementation of SH&E policies and procedures.
Reviewing/Updating site specific SH&E program and authorizing programs/changes.
Assisting with injury/illness review/investigation; injury analysis and developing and implementing effective intervention strategies.
Developing and implementing SH&E training.
Coordination with OSHA, EPA and other regulatory bodies.
Coordinating and conducting occupational hygiene monitoring and program.


Requirements:

10+ years of high level experience in SH&E with increasing responsibilities for Compliance Program to System Development & Auditing.
Experience in Water, Wastewater, Environmental field or highly regulated environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication and computer skills are essential.
Must be capable of being an effective change agent working with all levels of management.
Ability to effectively communicate, train, and direct others.
Extensive travel required.
