The HRIS/Payroll Specialist will be an integral part of the human resources team. Specific areas of responsibility will include overseeing the daily HRIS functions which include employee data maintenance, record keeping, and HR metrics reports. You will oversee and maintain documentation of all Payroll processes including time and attendance administration. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all HRIS processes and payroll requirements. Manage critical payroll functions such as transaction and data processing, payroll accruals, audits and attendance tracking. In addition, this position will oversee the benefits administration for the Credit Union. These duties include administering benefit programs including Group Health Plan, Dental, Vision, STD/LTD, Defined Compensation, Safe Harbor, Workers Comp as well as others.




The Ideal candidate will have a minimum of three to five years of human resources experience preferably in HRIS and/or Payroll. A Bachelors degree is preferred in Human Resources Management or related field. PHR desired, SPHR a plus.
