Houseman/Maintenance Engineer

High End Luxury Condo Complex seeks a qualified candidate to join their winning team. This job is a temporary to permanent positions and we are looking for longevity. This exclusive complex requires a candidate with the utmost attention to detail. Must be goal oriented and focused on accomplishing tasks. Individual will be expected to provide concierge style service to the clubs members and board. Job duties include but are not limited to: Diagnostic of HVAC and Cooling Tower issues, repair of unit A/C handlers, Operation of Sump Pumps, General Building Maintenance, General Public Area Housekeeping and Janitorial, Knowledge of Landscape Maintenance, Irrigation Repair, Seasonal Open and Closeing of Condo Units, Exterior Maintenance of Club Member Automobiles. From Mid December to the end of April this position requires 6 days per week (one day overtime paid at time and a half). Candidate must work closly as a team with other staff members. All applicantes must sucessfully pass a criminal background check, drug screening and DMV check. We are looking for Diligent, Self Starter, Observant staff member to work in this demanding enviroment. This position has a starting wage of $14.00 per hour.
