IS Support Analyst

Support Analyst I Responsibilities: Will provide first level support for Mainframe & PC system users.
Lucent telephone system admin.
Support Microsoft and MAC, Hardware and Software: MS Office, Exchange Server, Windows.
Shift hours are between 7 am. to 8 pm Mon through Fri.
Rotating after-hours cell phone support may be req.

Qualifications:
Min. 1 year support center or related exp in a Unix/NT/WIN environment
Min. 1 year support center or related exp in supporting internal / external clients
BS degree in Computer Science
Microsoft Certification or related experience preferred.
Working knowledge of Apple Hardware a plus.
Ability to travel required.
