Description


The Corporate Talent Acquisition dept has an opening for an IT Talent Acquisition Representative, located in Walnut Creek.


Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Work with managers to identify needs.
Source, screen, interview and extend offers for exempt and non-exempt technical positions.
Participate in job fairs, college recruitment, and individual lead generation/direct sourcing.
Manage outside recruiting agencies where necessary.
Special projects as needed.


 Required Skills


Qualifications: The following are preferred or desired unless specifically stated:
BS/BA (HR or Technical field preferred) and 5+ years experience recruiting exempt technical personnel in all stages of the process, managing the activities from position description through final offer.
7 years Information Technology experience or working with Information Technology developed systems.
High degree of initiative; must be able to work independently and be a self-starter.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Analytical and detail oriented.
Ability to excel in a fast paced, high volume production operation with tight deadlines and high customer service expectations.
Strong team building skills, ability to motivate employees.
Excellent problem solving skills.
Excellent Teamwork and Superior Service skills.
