Integration & Test Technician

As an Integration and Test Technician, you will be primarily responsible for performing testing of PlantCML software and hardware products, including test case execution, reporting of test results, determination of cause for test case failure and supporting debugging activities of I&T Engineers and Software Developers. You will also be responsible for maintaining computer hardware, network configurations and software configurations in the SVT testing laboratories. Provides assistance to technical support personnel in solving customer issues reported from the field.

 

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:

? AS degree, Engineering Associate degree, MCSE or Certificate in Computer Technology or related or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

? Minimum of four years experience in testing computer software and hardware systems.

? Experience in field support (installation and/or troubleshooting) for computer software and hardware products.

? Experience installing Microsoft operating systems and software applications on servers and workstations.

? Experience using Microsoft Windows and office applications on a PC networked environment.

? Good communication skills; both verbal and written.

? Must be available to work the required hours of the position.

? Occasional travel may be required.
