Intel Analyst/Customer Service Advocate 1
SRC has an opportunity for an experienced Intelligence Analyst/Customer Service Advocate. The qualified Analyst will perform research in designated databases and open sources; compile reports for relativity and release; review products against defined criteria; ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and protocols; capture metrics and report periodically.
Requirements:The successful candidate must have 4 or more years of experience as a NSA SIGINT Intelligence Analyst with at least 3-years experience in support of NSA SIGINT activities within the last 3 years. Demonstrated knowledge of CRM tool; performance measuring; strong oral and written communication is a must. Client Service Training is required. Client Service Experience within the last three years is desired but not required.
Security Clearance Required: Must be a U.S. citizen; Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. An in-scope (within 5 years) SSBI and a U.S. Government clearance within the last 24 months is required. The applicant must also have a current FS polygraph and eligible for other SI Accesses.
