DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:**THE POSITION REQUIRES TS/SCI CLEARED PERSONNEL WITH POLYGRAPH * US Citizenship is required. Track and monitor customer queries. Respond to requests by performing research and compiling specialized SIGINT reports and queries. Review SIGINT products and ensure accuracy of data. Prepare and present briefings to SIGINT customers. Day and/or shift work (days/hours TBD, as directed by customer). Capture client service metrics and prepare weekly and monthly reports. Review SIGINT product and ensure accuracy of data and reports.

REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: 4+ years SIGINT experience. Customer/Client Service Training. Requires ability to use databases and open source materials to perform research, compile data, and provide results to various customers. Effective writing skills required to prepare and edit reports, prepare briefing materials for customers, and develop/draft SOPs. Familiarity with database data entry and attention to quality desired for content management to ensure accountability, retrieveability, and defensibility of research and reports. Record of reliable, consistent attendance highly desired to handle time sensitive customer requests. DESIRED: Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written). Customer/Client Service experience within last 3 years desired
