Job Description - The Janitorial Supervisor will need to have excellent communication skills, be organized, and detailed oriented. The primary responsibility will be to visit offices, stores, and clinics serviced by the Calico janitorial staff and report the overall condition and level of service.  The Janitorial Supervisor will also provide a detailed report of facility issues requiring repair. The qualified candidate will be interacting with office and store managers on a daily basis and will need to be personable and professional. The person will directly report to the VP of Janitorial Operations.

 

 

Candidate Requirements ?

 2 years janitorial experience preferably in a supervisory position. Construction experience a plus.

 Excellent communication skills

 Good driving record.

 Must have an adequate knowledge of Microsoft office suite to include Word, Excel, and Outlook.

 Home office environment ? must have a reliable home computer.
