Keyword Search and Index Editor

We are looking for a keyword search and index editor to join our team.  You'll manage the thousands of words that comprise our search engine and catalog index.  Your responsibilities will include researching customer behavior on our web site, introducing new keywords and index entries to make finding products easy, and identifying new techniques for searching and navigating.  A background in linguistics, English, writing, library science, or information architecture would be helpful, but a keen interest in language, a curious mind, and an eye for detail will suffice.
