Lean Six Sigma Training Leader

CITY: Waukesha STATE: Wisconsin COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
-Deliver Lean and Six Sigma (DFSS and DMAIC) training across GE Healthcare, focusing on the content and delivery channels for MBBs and BBs. Provide individual mentoring and assistance as needed
-Project manage and play active leadership/teaching role in global Shingijutsu/Kaizen events and M/BB Lean "hands-on" action workouts
-Own the MBB and BB curriculum for GE Healthcare, including content, teaching, guides and competency. Includes workshops and e-learning training delivery.
-Consult leadership regarding their Lean Six Sigma training needs to identify ways to proactively provide delivery options and relevant courses.
-Lead the development and strengthening of Lean Six Sigma training across GEHC.
-Act as a subject matter expert in design and development of new Lean and Six Sigma training and in project reviews.
-Identify gaps and improve or develop new training modules (classroom and/or digital to fill gaps).
-Lead special projects to continuously improve Lean Six Sigma products and services
-Lead and support activities as they relate to Lean Six Sigma initiatives
-Conduct ongoing assessment of business level lean initiatives and business objectives, filling gaps as appropriate


Qualifications/Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree
-Minimum of 5 year's business experience including time in a Quality role either consulting and/or training
-Experience applying statistics to problems and driving solutions
-Demonstrated mastery of Lean and Six Sigma tools, DMAIC and DFSS methodologies
-Strong communication and presentation skills, dynamic approach with the ability to translate theory into practical application
-Experience with Value Stream Mapping and Standard Work
-Demonstrated mentoring and leadership experience
-Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
-Proven facilitation skills, flexible approach
-Executive presence and credibility
-Team player, collaborative style
-Strong change management and influencing skills
-Ability to communicate at several levels of the organization
-Knowledge of alternative learning technologies: e.g., web-based, CD-ROM, distance learning
