Mailing Services Production Tech

 

Candidate is responsible for operating and maintaining mail addressing systems and associated equipment for the purpose of preparing Mailing Services jobs for delivery to the Post Office.  Will sort and band mail according to post office mailing requirements, will prepare mailings and postal paperwork for delivery to post office. Will also operate forklift to move mail and other items in warehouse and shipping dock.  Will box and ship extra cards back to clients as well as pull samples of printed cards for MSRs.  Candidate must have the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.  Must have the ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs. In addition, candidate must have mechanical ability, and must be able to operate ink jet machinery. Basic computer skills required.

 

2nd Shift:  2:00 p.m. ? 11:00 p.m. *Note:  2nd  shift will receive a 5% pay differential

 

 

3rd Shift:  11:00 p.m. ? 7:30 a.m.  *Note:  3rd shift will receive a 15% pay differential
