Mainframe Shift Supervisor

We currently have an opportunity available for a Mainframe Shift Supervisor in Phoenix, AZ. This is a Long Term Supplemental position that may last up to three years. Individual will be responsible for shift operations, directs Data Center team on resolving operational issues, ensures that SLA s are met. This position provides an interface to the business customer(s). This position directs staff, assists with budgets for the work group, collects information for management reports, and ensures the attainment of objectives and service levels for the work unit/project team, Works at the direction of the Data Center Manager to ensure projects and initiatives meet schedule. Must have experience with mainframe operations, including batch, lan/wan and as/400 operations. A background in Information technology is preferred. Skills needed: z90, Leadership, Communication, TWS, Lan/Wan, AS/400.
