Maintenance Production Administrator

Casella Waste Systems, Inc. has an immediate opening for a detail oriented, computer literate individual to work in cooperation with and for the Maintenance Manager in their SDS of Olean facility. Responsibilities include purchasing, receiving, inventory, warranty and work order data entry with asset management software for a busy heavy truck maintenance facility. An emphasis will be placed on work and paper flow efficiencies as well as supporting all filing and DOT recordkeeping. The successful candidate will be a self starter with a positive mind-set, and the ability to organize and follow thru. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn fleet management software is required. Excellent organizational and phone skills are necessary, along with the ability to work flexible hours.
