Management Trainee:

Our Management Trainees (MPTPs) are some of the most important members of our employee team in learning our business and helping lead us in the future. The MPTP is trained in all functions of our business during a 12 month training period. Training will include first line responsibilities in Production, Customer Service, and Corporate Sales as well as Company history, and policies and procedures.

Successful candidates will have a Bachelor?s degree (no exceptions), good communication and customer service skills, be growth oriented, career minded, have an interest in sales and be open for relocation after training.
