This program manager will be leading Federal Programs pursuits focused on Mission Systems Integration and Aging Aircraft sustainment initiatives. The program manager will lead pursuits at various stages from earliest concepts through proposals, negotiations, and ultimately program execution.

The program manager will collaborate closely with business development managers and external partners to identify pursuits, then develop and execute win strategies on a variety of Federal Programs pursuits. He/she will will work with engineers and customers to develop technical and business concepts to meet customers mission system integration or aircraft sustainment needs. A broad technical and marketing background will be a strong benefit as Federal Programs pursuits often include aircraft procurement and modification, and complex systems integration efforts as well as innovative approaches to increasing the useful life of aging military aircraft.

A bachelor's degree is required, with a Masters in a technical discipline or an MBA being preferred.

The manager will be expected to work closely with business development during all phases of the pursuit process. He/she will regularly brief upper management on pursuit status, assure competitive analyses are current and accurate, and maintain strong partner relationships. The manager will be expected to aggressively manage cost and schedule performance of assigned pursuits.
