Manager Safety & Security (East)

Position Overview:

 

Supervises on-site Security Officers in Fort Mill. Responsible for keeping track of time sheets, schedules, performance, problems, meetings, procedures, and billing.

 

Ensures/develops Corporate wide safety reports; ensures the safety database is developed; ensures data is in the system; generates reports, and recommends safety training when and where needed.

 

ADT Security work and billing processing. Schedules all service calls, new work requests, monitoring, and billing. Implements and creates a tracking system for Riders and work orders.

 

Trains and certifies First Responders. Ensures all classes/employees are kept current with their certifications, which includes: CPR, First Aid, Bloodborne Pathogens, and AED.

 

Performs monthly safety inspections. Safety Representative for all safety committees. Communicates clearly, both verbally and in writing, with other departments and outside vendors.

 

Creates and implements monthly safety presentations; these presentations are to be sent to all Leiner e-mail users at the first of each month.

 

Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

 

Position Requirments:

 

Five years of safety experience in a manufacturing environment. Safety, Workers' Compensation and the familiarity with OSHA regulations required.

 

Excellent communication skills a must.

 

Demonstrated intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office tool suite.

 

Demonstrated ability to coordinate, schedule, and monitor existing resources to complete multiple projects on agreed upon deadlines.

 

Detail oriented with excellent follow through and the ability to work independently.
