Manufacturing Associate 1 - Optimization and Control

Job Purpose
This manufacturing associate 1 position is located in the Transducer area, which is responsible for hand assembly, cable lean line and legacy products.
Essential Functions

Performs inspection of purchased parts, materials, components and equipment.

Determines/assists in determination and executes on the methods, sequences and procedures necessary.

Works from engineering drawings, sketches, data sheets, specifications and the computer.

Uses Effective Resource Planning (ERP) system to verify documentation of required products.

Determines the appropriate course of action to effectively execute on the processes required.

Work effectively in a team environment.


Qualifications/Requirements:
Basic Qualifications

High School Graduate or GED.

Demonstrated communication skills.

Basic computer and math skills.

Ability to work from assembly drawings, bills of material, specifications and data sheets.

Ability to adhere to department policies and procedures.

Ability to distinguish among colors.
