Marketing Manager - CRM Acquisition

To identify, develop and execute all direct to consumer (DTC) consumer relationship management (CRM) acquisition and re-acquisition activities within the Diabetes Care group specifically for the ACCU-CHEK brand.  The objectives of this position will be to acquire competive insulin using consumers and re-acquire lapsed insulin using consumers to the ACCU-CHEK brand through the identification of new innovative acquisition strategies and tactics across segments.  An in-depth understanding of database marketing and modeling techniques will be required.


 


7+ yrs experience of progress marketing, specifically in direct marketing and database marketing. Experience in a Health Care - medical diagnostic related field with a focus on customer acquisition strategies and tactics.Extensive Marketing Channel experience - including telemarketing, e-mail, direct mail, on-line and IVR.  Exceptional project and program management skills.  Follow-up and follow through skills are critical to success. Strong strategic thinking skills. Ability to perform complex ROI calculations based on data analytics. Ability to work in a cross-functional environment, with strength in working with people and building relationships. Must be result-oriented and be willing to influence performance on a regular basis. Experience, responsibility and accountability with all aspects of large budget management. Bachelor’s degree required, MBA desired.
