Methodology Developer

The job consists of researching and developing improvements to the Rational Method Composer product, including the RUP methodology. The position includes working with the Rational Method Composer, exploring project estimation methods, Agile methods, and producing content for such methods. It includes working closely with the IBM Rational Content Development group as well as the RMC Tooling group to perform both technical methodology analysis and prototyping. The content team is a distributed team, so good teaming skills as well as the ability to work with email and instant messaging are important. Good technical aptitude is also important, since most of the site content is detailed technical material aimed at software developers and systems administrators. Work from home is an option.
