Description

Reporting to the Director ? Contract Administration & Finance. Manages all contracts and hardware activities for the US Eastern Customer Advocacy organization. Has responsibility for the overall operational integrity of the service contract management system and SAP salea and order processing for the region specified. Daily responsibilities will include the direct supervision of service contract and Central Order Management administrators reporting to this position, and the coordination of their activities associated with creation, maintenance and billing of contracts and hardware orders.

 Required Skills

? The successful candidate shall possess prior supervisory experience and a high degree of technical and business proficiency with excellent problem solving, human relations, organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to persuade, motivate, coordinate and reach agreement when dealing with diverse personalities with conflicting goals and objectives.
? In depth knowledge of MS Office and strong experience with integrated information systems preferably including SAP and a service management system. Knowledge of Clarify and Symbol?s product, services and practices is a plus.

 Required Experience

? Typically requires a minimum of BS in Business or Finance or related discipline with 10 years or AS with 15 years of hands on experience in high-volume customer service contracting environment, preferably in a higher-technology field.
