The primary objectives of North American Mobilization Team (NAMT) are to prepare an Application Outsourcing, Infrastructure Outsourcing or Business Process Outsourcing arrangement to meet its financial, operational and contractual obligations, and translate business benefits made during the selling cycle into commercially realistic initiatives. NAMT accomplishes this through:
?Planning and managing Due Diligence activities
?Modeling, planning and implementing Service Transitions
?Modeling, planning and initiating Solution Realization/Service Transformation/Service Transformation efforts
The primary role of this position is to plan, manage and implement Mobilization work for large and complex new Outsourcing engagements.
?Supporting Mobilization Leads and Solution Architects on Deal Shape teams by creating response materials
?Supporting the Due Diligence lead in the planning and organizing of Due Diligence activities
?Supporting the Transition Program Manager in the estimation of costs and developing work plans for a work stream
?Managing the development and deployment of Transition deliverables associated with establishing one or more of the following:
Service Management frameworks and Service Level Agreements
Unit operations operating plans, fundamental operating processes, and basic performance metrics
Technology connectivity to email systems and Accenture portals
The work environment for the newly formed unit
?Planning and participating in Transition events
?Managing the deployment of automated AO solutions
?Participation in Due Diligence and Solution Realization/Service Transformation activities
Secondary Tasks are:
?Contributing to capability development for NAMT and global Mobilization to include methods and tools developments and updates
Responsibilities Include:
?Supporting global Outsourcing initiatives
?Adhering to and implementing, Mobilization methods and tools
?Effectively lead/manage a team
?Evaluate direct reports, may review and provide input into the evaluations of others
?Taking ownership and proactively managing personal career development
?Contributing to Mobilization capabilities to include method development, asset development, knowledge capital harvesting, and participating in a
Mobilization Capability Committee
?Advocating NAMT capabilities as a critical Accenture function that bridges selling to successful delivery.
?Making decisions, some complex in nature, with concern for impact on others, but predominately affecting own area of control.
?Providing and implementing workable solutions to business issues .
?Performing complex tasks and participating in complex cross-area/function activities.
?Conducting work planning, estimation and prioritization to optimize performance of resources.
?Applying advanced analytical skills in assessing concepts and alternative solutions.
?Managing effective internal and external client relationships within own area responsibility
?Optimizing the contribution of Mobilization team members through coaching, counseling and mentoring activities.
Qualifications
?2 - 5 years experience as a team member, or team lead, of a service transition work stream for Application Outsourcing, Business Process Outsourcing or Infrastructure Outsourcing
?Bachelors degree
?Experience developing and managing Performance Measurement Tools such as Balanced Scorecards, Service Level Agreement reports, or operational performance dashboards
?Experience in successfully planning and implementing industry capability models such as the CMM, CMMI, eSCM, ITIL, and CoBiT
?Certification as a CMM, CMMI, or eSCM assessor
?Six Sigma Black Belt certification
?Technology background to include package tool configuration and/or technical architecture development
?Business Process Skills to include a working knowledge in a functional area such as supply chain, customer relationship management, finance & accounting, human resources, and e-learning, etc.
?Experience in one or more of the following operational areas:
Service management
Process analysis and development
Application development and/or maintenance, of packaged or custom systems
Technology infrastructure management and/or technology and systems architecture design
?Project Management skills, including, the ability to work and plan effectively with minimal direction in ambiguous situations, and manage the implementation of the plan.
General Skills/Background:

?Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building and professionalism
?Comfortable interacting with executives from both Accenture and the client.
?Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.

100% travel required, with opportunities/potential for international travel. Location flexible within the U.S.
