Responsibilitities for this exciting position include:

? Resolve past due balances, as well as handle disputes and adjustments

? Analyzes payments to customer?s accounts, negotiates settlements and maintains accounts receivable records

? Negotiate payment arrangements on past due bills

? Update account information and document payment information

? Maintain a working relationship with financial service clients

? Answer any customer questions as needed

? Other special projects and tasks as requested

 

This position requires an individual to be detail oriented, highly organized, possess the ability to develop an effective working relationship with the company?s operations? staff, and provide the tools to support the company?s business, both by working independently and as part of a team.

 

The minimum qualifications to be considered for this highly visible position within a successful, growth-oriented environment include:

? Associates Degree required.

? 4-7 years collection experience.

? Financial collection experience ideal.

? Friendly with exceptional communication skills.

? Proficient with personal computer and appropriate software.

? Ability to compose general correspondence, compiles and organizes data.

? Ability to interact with internal and external customers.

? Good organizational and time management skills.

? EFT knowledge preferred.
