Night Shift Supervisor

Maintains the capacity to meet production requirements so that customers are delighted with the service they receive. Leads, coaches, and develops other employees in a manner that upgrades their skills and abilities. Performs all manufacturing SKCP level tasks. Will lead the 3rd shift maintenance department. Will be the main contact for the facility during the hours of the 3rd shift and will be responsible for the safety and security of all individuals in the building during the 3rd shift. Will perform computer functions such as attendance time records and flowchart information. Will actively work in pursuit of Company's best interests to support the company. Has become proficient through cross training in two other area of operations, other than manufacturing. Has either a four year college degree in a related field such as Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, or Production Management; or has comparable experience. Previous knowledge or experience of injection molding manufacturing. Must be familiar with ISO 9000. Must be committed to the success of the corporation. MUST BE SELF MOTIVATED! Must model professionalism. Good team leadership skills.
