ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Initiates and coordinates the processing of difficult service contracts, from receipt of customer documentation through recurring, retroactive and/or corrective invoicing. Maintains assigned accounts and works with other groups to resolve billing issues. Sustain a strong partnership and customer service atmosphere with internal and external personnel. Ensures the integrity of information by maintaining company records and database to corporate standards. Participates on cross-departmental teams. Communication Style: Has good grammar skills. Uses acceptable verbal and written communication with all levels of customer and management.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE:
Processes moderately difficult service contracts, identifies potential issues with documentation and / or system input and work to resolve with internal and external personnel. Understands importance of correct customer master information. Requests set up of new partners via online customer master form to ensure that systems accurately reflect customer, business and organizational hierarchies. Researches and resolves billing requests, makes recommendations for corrections. Processes corrections as required.
