Office & Warehouse Positions

Office Positions   Teller - Receive & pay out money while recording transactions on Windows based PC.  Receive checks and cash for deposit, verify amount, and examine checks for endoresements. Explain, promote or sell products or services as required. Balance receipts at end of day. Pay $9 up, Monday - Saturday. Must have prior banking experience and cash handling experience.  Good communication skills a must.

 

Customer Service Representative - Open new accounts, conduct personal banking for customers, handle changes to customer accounts; Explain, promote or sell products or services.  Handle some loan applications. Pay $11-15, Monday-Saturday.  Good communications skills a must.



 

Furniture Sales Representative - Provide immediate response to customer needs in the area of home furnishings.  Determine customer needs, present features and benefits of merchandise to meet those needs.  Conduct sales transaction. Pay base + com, Monday - Saturday (rotating shifts).  Knowledge of furniture a must.

 

Full Charge Bookkeeper - Handle all general ledger functions (Timberline Software - don't need experience in this particular software).  Reconcile and balance accounts; stay current on taxes due; manage accounts receivable; compile reports to show statistics.  Work with Payroll/Account Receivable specialist.  $18.27, Monday - Friday. Minimum 3 years experience.

 

Office Manager - Manage office processes & provide secretarial/admin support to 3 owners.  Manage & route all incoming phone calls in friendly and professional manner.  Document/track work processes, and follow up with clinical staff.  Assist in marketing events/activities.  Some compiling of correspondence.  Willing to be training in future billing system.  Coordinate some volunteer activity. $16-18. Prior experience a must.

 

AP Clerk - AP clerk, handling all accounts payable, handling all bills, getting approvals, date stamping, inquiring about invoices/bills/payments, entering bills into system, cutting checks.  Must know Excel.  Knowledge of Navison would be helpful but not required. $12, time and a half overtime, Monday - Friday, 1 Saturday a Month, very casual dress code.

 

Warehouse Positions

 

Furniture Merchandiser - Pull, assemble and prepare merchandise for delivery.  Load & unload merchandise.  Maintain store, warehouse area and parking lot. Pay $9, Monday - Saturday (rotating shifts).  Must be able to lift heavy furniture. Pelham Area

 

Fitter - Fitting & temporarily anchoring steel in fabrication process. Read & interpret plans, take steel & put pieces together per plans.  Must mark locations of holes & pieces accurately. Tac weld to keep in place, some lifting & using crane for heavy items. Must be able to read ruler to 16th of inch. Must be able to read blueprints. Testing required.$11-15. South Shelby County.

 

Order Picker - Select magazine titles based on order and place or pack into plastic tote box.  Keep magazine stacks supplied from which orders are pulled. Fast paced work on assembly. $7, 6:30 am-3:30 pm. Must be albe to stand all day.

 

Stager ? unloading/loading trucks, light forklift, $7.25, 6:30 am-3:30 pm. Must be albe to stand all day.

 

Shipping/Receiving Clerk - Helping out in the Shipping/Receiving department, counting magazines in bundles, moving bundles from one pallet jack to another, light lifting, bending, moving,  $7.50, 6:30 am-3:30 pm. Must be albe to stand all day.

 

Scanner - Take magazines and other items from boxes, scan items and place on conveyer for shredding. $7, 6:30 am-3:30 pm. Must be albe to stand all day.
