Operations Analyst

Job Responsibilities:
Position will report to the AVP, OperationsProvide dedicated support and process ownership for verification and tracking of UCC and PPSA renewalsGenerate renewal reporting for business groups and UCC/PPSA filings as necessaryProvide backup support for issuing and tracking letters of creditProvide reconciliation support for insurance coverageBuild individual relationships internally and externally; elicit confidence, demonstrate reliability, sense of urgency and sound judgmentTroubleshoot and resolve complex, unusual or problematic situations with vendors, customers and team focusing on customer satisfaction, effective communication and promotion of a positive team environmentProvide support for special records management projects and audits
Frequent communication and coordination with business and functional groups and outside vendors Ensure superior data integrity of databases and systemsAssist with development and improvement of processes and systems Conduct other duties and responsibilities as assignedQualifications:


? 4 years of demonstrated experience in commercial lending environment, bank or corporate law firm

? Undergraduate degree and paralegal certificate or related experience

? Working knowledge of Uniform Commercial Code Revised Article 9, and jurisdictional filing requirements for UCCs & PPSAs

? Strong familiarity with commercial finance documentation

? Excellent analysis and reconciliation skills

? Proven project management skills

? Confident, self starter with a commitment to excellence and proven history of meeting or exceeding goals

? Excellent computer skills - MS Office applications and databases

?  Excellent organizational and follow-up skills

? Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet crucial deadlines

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills with focus on superior customer service

? Excellent interpersonal skills
