Accountants Incorporated is looking for Top-Notch Collectors that can hit the ground running with excellent problem solving skills to produce results.

The ideal candidate must have:

- Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance, or similar field and/or equivalent work experience

- 4-6 years commercial collections experience for key accounts

- Must have excellent verbal and written communciation skills

- Excellent customer service skills

- Able to perform under tight deadlines

- Demonstrate high level of accuracy and efficiency

- Fearless ability to establish and maintain client relaionships while being assertive and detail-oriented

- Exposure to Excel, Word, and major ERP systems (i.e. SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards)

Primary Responsibilities:

- Utlize Excel, Word, ERP systems to maintain client portfolio

- Develop reports and analysis for client portfolio as requested by upper management

- Identify, solve, and prioritize client issues related to customer service, invoicing,

accounts receivable, cash applications, and collections
