As an Analytical team member, you will use data and analytics to diagnose business problems and then conduct cross-functional analysis to drive issue resolution. Technical Skills
Analytical roles at all job levels require:

Mastery of Excel; familiarity with Access, Visio, a plus;

Familiarity with SQL, Perl a plus;

Strong computer literacy and/or and desire to advance technically;

Demonstrated ability to work with large amounts of data;

Experience or interest in business process redesign, business requirements, and project management tools and methods.
